This transmission is a grounding, embodiment-focused light language healing designed to support a felt sense of safety, presence, and connection within the body.

This healing may be supportive if you feel anxiety, stress, or any of the survival emotions. It works at the level of direct experience, where safety is felt rather than thought.

It can also help if you feel dissociated, floaty, ungrounded, overstimulated, or disconnected from your body. It can help shift you out of doing and into being, returning awareness to the body and creating the conditions where somatic healing naturally unfolds through presence and embodiment.

The intention is to gently support embodied safety, helping you feel present, grounded, and at home in yourself. Many may experience the light codes as deeply grounding, almost sedating in its ability to bring the body and mind into stillness and rest.
