We are moving through such a rapid period of growth, change and expansion, and one of the strongest themes emerging right now is the need to upgrade the internalised perspectives we hold about ourselves.
Many of us are reaching the final layers of outdated identities and personality constructs formed through past experiences, conditioning, shame, survival and old perceptions of who we believed ourselves to be.
These versions of ourselves may have once protected us or helped us survive, but they are no longer the full truth of who we are.
During this live activation, we will support you in moving through:
